Opened Houses (Days of Free Eats)

Whoa!!! Last saturday & sunday sure was awesome. Free food, what else is better than that. Some of my office mates "organized" open house for Hari Raya. On saturday i went to Ina's and Hafiz's house. Sunday is even better with Din's and Epoi's house on the menu. There are others that i could not attend and i hope i could next year.

The food sure is great as i didn't get these kind of foods everyday and especially these are FREE. Get to meet all my buddies from office and home over at Epoi's. Everybody sat together for a jolly good time. Saved my budget for food for two days, hope people organize more open house everyday.

Syawal month is almost over and people is still celebrating Hari Raya. When i walked around town i see some unfortunate people on the streets wondering around. I wonder how was their Raya. Thinking just that made me think how lucky i am able to celebrate Hari Raya as i did. I wish i just could help them in anyway possible, but i myself is in no state of helping them. Sure hope the zakat that i paid reached those who needed it.

Park Deen's Engagement Pt.2 (the aftermath)

Since Park Deen's fiance's house is close to Sg Congkak, we decided to stop by for a jolly time of swimming. The only problem is i didn't bring my shorts for swimming. My buddies have planned earlier, what a miss for me. Just can go for foot dip and that's it. Next time will surely be prepared with instant swimming pants.

Park Deen's Engagement.

Last sunday me and me buddies went to Hulu Langat to escort our buddy park deen. It's his engagement day, what a great way to celebrate it with friends. Everybody meet up over at his place in the afternoon and left for Hulu Langat at about 1'o clock. Not much going on other than eating and a lots of laughs.

"Eay bro, any plans for tonight, lets get together over at Shamaju. Call the crew also la, damn boring la malam raya". That's how my and my buddies spend time at night time of raya. Our regular hangout place, Abg Mat is closed for two weeks. The only option left is mamak corner. Nothing better than hanging out with yer buddies for a jolly good time.

What better to eat other than good old roti canai and teh tarik after whole day of lemang and ketupat. Rendang was awesome though, great eaten with bread. I did spend some time with my mum and siblings. Meet them over at my sis's place before mum went to Perak again. How i longed the feel of getting together as a family...... just like the old days. I just noticed i got 15 nephews and a grand-nephew. Suddenly i'm a grandfather, how awesome could it be. The not so good part is giving duet raye to all those 16 critters. Torn my budget already.

My day off is over and working is not good after a long break. Feeling damn lazy to do anything today, want to sleep for good until evening.
